How to use this tag?
The RFID tag is soft and can be sewn on textiles such as clothes, sheets, and bath towels, or fixed by heat pressing. After installation, every time a piece of clothing passes through a reader (such as a laundry room door or conveyor belt), the system can automatically identify which piece it is, who it belongs to, and whether it has been washed.
No manual counting or code scanning is required, and the clothes can be identified while they are moving.

1. Can the tag withstand high temperature and strong washing?
Yes. This tag is specially designed to be heat-resistant, pressure-resistant, and able to withstand industrial washing and drying at up to 180°C. Under normal use, it can be washed more than 200 times.
2. Will it affect the wearing of clothes?
No. The tag is made of flexible material and sewn in a hidden place of clothing without irritation or deformation, and it is basically unnoticeable when worn.
3. Is the reading distance far?
Using standard UHF equipment, it can be read within a range of up to 6 meters, without manual scanning, and is suitable for assembly line operations.
4. Do I need to replace the tag frequently?
No. The tag has a long life and is not easy to damage. It can be used for several years. As long as the clothes can continue to be used, the tag does not need to be replaced.
